Update or check status of existing service requests

To update an existing service request (ticket), you have two options:

  1. One Identity Support Portal - support.oneidentity.com/search-service-request

  2. Via Email - support@oneidentity.com; be sure to include your service request number in the email subject line in the following format: |SR Number: 1234567|
