Uploading files to the Balabit Upload Portal

To share files with your support expert that are related to your support ticket, upload them to the Balabit Upload Portal.

These files can be the following for example:

  • Debug bundle
  • Screenshot
  • Log messages
  • and so on


  • MyBalabit account
    • If you do not have a MyBalabit account, contact
  • Valid Balabit Online Support Service (BOSS) access
  • The Ticket ID number of your ticket
    • If you are unsure about how to open a ticket, see Opening a ticket in the Balabit Online Support Service (BOSS)


  1. Log on to with your MyBalabit credentials.
  2. Navigate to the folder that has the same Ticket ID number as the issue that you want to upload files for.
    We have automatically created this folder for you when you have opened the ticket.
  3. To upload your file(s) either drag&drop them or click , click Upload file and browse for them.
  4. After the upload has finished, inform your support expert in a reply to your ticket so that we can start analyzing your issue right away.

Note: If for some reason you cannot upload your files, do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you.
